MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMIS.SION Minutes of July 14, 1 994 Commissioners present: Gertrude Simmons-Ferriday, Dan Home Ter, Jack Fitzsimmons, John Johansen, Robert Lopez . 6 : 55 PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: None, NOTE: Motion made and - seconded to appoint Robert Lopez as a voting member. Unanimous vote. 7 : 00 PENNINSULA COUNCIL, INC. , Wading Place Road, continued from April 21, 1-994, Mr. Sherman started that the drainage problem sti-11 exists, and he recommended a continuance. Ms. Ferriday recommended sending a letter; Mr. Sherman recommended informing him by letter that the catch basin reeds to be moved before Labor Day. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to send letter informing him he has to have satisfactory plans by July 26 , 1994 to review by July 28 , 1994 and reschedule to August 11 , 1994 at 7 : 40 p.m. , otherwise it will be denied. Unanimous vote, CONTINUED TO AUGUST 11, 1994 : 40 P.M. 7: 20 MARY FANOUS, 58 Spoondrift Way, request for Determination of Applicability on proposed enclosure of patio under del , expansion of sunroom over deck and installation of three sono tubes. Mr. Sherman stated that standard language (open room with no closets ) would apply, and no RDA' s need to be recorded. VOTE: Motion mace and seconded to find a negative determination with standard language to limit bedrooms. Unanimous vote. NEGATIVE DETERMINATION WITH CONDITIONS. 7: 30 GERALD SEGEL, 132 Shore Drive Nest, request to amend SE 43-1265 to redesign a landscape plan; Mary LeBlanc representing. She review-ed the plan in an attempt to amend it by closing off the path. The Commission disagreed with this idea since the original orders stated an open path for public access . The minutes pertaining to this were read referring to the original orders in which it states "common path for all the cottages . " M . LeBlanc further amended the plan to replace path with a perennial garden of dune crass, rola rogosa, sweet fern,
