AMENDMENT ACCEPTED WITH CONDITIONS, <br /> RONALD LEVINE, 38 Sumnersea Road, request to amend order <br /> of conditions for SE 43-1175 to permit installation of a fence <br /> above the- coastal bank and landscape work. Mr. Sherman stated <br /> that the owner wants- to add a dog fence above the coastal bank <br /> as shown on the plan., <br /> Public comments were requested: ' l one. <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to accept the amendment a <br /> requested for SE 43-1175& <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEP'T'ED. <br /> AFTER HEARING MINUTES <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1 - Letter from SCS re Jerm r Lenk: Mr. Sherman thinks he should <br /> move ahead with this. The previous plan was unacceptable. <br /> They can file, but it is rather doubtful. <br /> Code of Conduct (revised) : Mr. Sherman distributed a revised <br /> copy noting one change in , a'nd 'he asked members to read and <br /> sign this. Basically, it states that members need to support <br /> majority opinion. <br /> VOTE: motion, made and seconded to accept the change in #3 and � <br /> have members sign. <br /> Majority in favor; one abstention. <br /> 3 status of ACA: Mr. Sherman stated the potential conflict <br /> of interest issue regarding hiring the #1 candidate for the <br /> position of Assistant Conservation Agent was referred to the <br /> Ethics Commission, and the procedure would be a letter of <br /> disclosure whenever there was a financial interest in New <br /> eahury*, Mr. Sherman felt this was too complicated <br /> and therefore recommended pursuing candidate #2 as Assistant <br /> Conservation Agent,, <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to reaffirm the Commission' s <br /> choice to pursue candidate' 2 . <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> 4 Frog Pond: Nothing was done by Mr. Sherman; work needs <br /> to be done. <br /> r- <br />
