BOX 208 <br /> BL MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> Mutes of the beetof .duly 21, 1994 <br /> The meeting was convened at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Commissioners Present: Gertrude Simmons-Ferriday-3- Frank Ho e rer, John <br /> Fitzsimmons, John Johanson., Charles Green, Harry <br /> Desrosiers. <br /> Conservation Agent Robert Sherman was also present. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: None. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing for Jacob Shammash. <br /> `OTE: Motion rade and seconded to close the hearing for Gerald, Segel. <br /> Unanimous votes. <br /> ASSISTANT CONSERVATION AGENT: The Personnel Board will support the Comndissio 's <br /> choice. A letter is being sent to the Selectmen. <br /> ANTONIO PULS NE: The Agent went, up to Lakeville to DEP on Monday, July 18th. <br /> They have been waivering on their support. If DEP doesn't back their commissions <br /> in legitimate decisions, why do we exist? <br /> Agent all day in Boston Supreme Court. Pre-trial: DEP firming up. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to give the Agent discretionary power to reach <br /> settlement .and report to the Commission as necessary. Unanimous vote. <br /> CARDIEEO: He called Representative Ca it who in turn called the Commission. <br /> We will not back down on the vegetation and Ca it will support the Commission. <br /> The Agent was in Barnstable Court Thursday; his case postponed to August 24th. <br /> Orders of Conditions signed for Segel and Sharrash. <br /> STS BALL: Debris From the bog and flume repair was removed to the dump. <br /> There were five loads at a total cost of $740. This will be paid out of the <br /> Bag Maintenance Account, <br /> EDUCATION: Dan Home er made a presentation on Chapter 91 and the Wetlands <br /> Protection Act.
