They have a special <br /> permit it f ro the Board of Appeals. <br /> Nitrogen load on this lot for existing four bedroom house is <br /> ppm, with the Bioclere system and five bedrooms, it comes <br /> o 5. 15 ppm. Recognizing they are over the limit, they have <br /> hired diary LeBlanc to do a landscape plan with additional � <br /> vegetation in the front area. -street side. <br /> Mrs .
