IF <br /> MASHPEN CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of July 28, 1994 <br /> Commissioners present: Gertrude Simmons-Ferriday, Harry <br /> Besrosiers, John Johansen, Charles Green. <br /> The meeting was called to order at 6 : 55 p. . <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: None . <br /> 7:00 NORMAN SILVERMANF 9 Compass Circle, continued from May <br /> 19, 1994 . ]ave sanickl presenting. He advised he was told <br /> it was a three bedroom house , Nor. Sherman had found out that <br /> it was four bedrooms . with the addition, it would be a five <br /> bedroom house . Since the previous meeting, he has received <br /> approval from the Board of Health for a Bioclere system with <br /> a letter furnished to the Commission. They have a special <br /> permit it f ro the Board of Appeals. <br /> Nitrogen load on this lot for existing four bedroom house is <br /> ppm, with the Bioclere system and five bedrooms, it comes <br /> o 5. 15 ppm. Recognizing they are over the limit, they have <br /> hired diary LeBlanc to do a landscape plan with additional � <br /> vegetation in the front area. -street side. <br /> Mrs . Ferriday would rather see the revegetation to the water <br /> side . fir. sanicki stated it is very well vegetated hack <br /> there . <br /> Mrs. Ferriday asked the commission for their comments. <br /> Ir. Desrosiers asked if the Board of Health agreed with the <br /> actual nitrogen load? A copy of a letter from the Board of <br /> Health was given to the Commission . <br /> Mfrs. Ferriday stated she would like to see how the other side <br /> of the fence has filled in. fir, Sanicki had no objections. <br /> Public comments were requested: none . <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending an on--site <br /> to verify plantings . Unanimous Vote . <br /> Calculations for nutrient loading to he checked and Board of <br /> Health consulted, <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 7: 20 FRED LUCONI for demolition, renovation and maintenance <br /> of an existing two stork' wood frame douse; removal <br /> relocation of existing driveway; construction and maintenance <br /> f a garage, 2 stone retaining walls, grading and landscaping <br /> 116 Popponesset Island Road, Michael McGrath presenting with <br /> Mr. & Mrs. Luconi . Abutter notification was provided. Two <br /> plans, existing and proposed were displayed. The existing i <br /> split level wood frame house with paved drive and garage <br /> under. There is a pool and deck. There is bluff, dune and <br /> salt marsh for resource areas. <br />
