They can address the amount of water withdrawn. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to write a letter to the <br /> Barnstable Conservation Commission to seek a joint <br /> effort for any help with the water group, <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons stated the problem is in the whole township, <br /> net just one area. <br /> Ms Lannik suggested developing a package with a letter from <br /> the Tribal Council incorporated, <br /> Associate Members: Ms Lannik will study the issue on voting. <br /> To be discussed another agenda. <br /> Code of Conduct: Forms to be returned next meeting. <br /> Cardillo: They have not finished yet. Town Counsel has filed <br /> for an extension of the injunction and informed them of the <br /> steps necessary. Mr. Sherman has had many <br /> conversations with the Ajuiatory Hearing officer; there is <br /> a mediations session. A new procedure is to have an informal <br /> session first. He declined to have a professional mediator <br /> as you have to pay for this. He did not feel it is necessary <br /> for Town Counsel to be there; it will be at Lakeville at 2 :00 <br /> p.m. on August 1 , Mr. Franchils attorney is reasonable, <br /> Mr. Eranchi is not. <br /> VOTE; 'Motion made and seconded that if Mr. Eranchi is willing <br /> to follow the County Extension Service guidelines there <br /> would be some room for compromise, if not, the <br /> Commission will continue. <br /> White: A dock was permitted, his neighbor appealed. DEP <br /> decided it met the performance standards, Mr. Sherman agreed. <br /> He wrote a letter to the hearing officer that the Commission <br /> is not going to participate and agree with DEP. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to write a letter to the <br /> hearing office that the Commission is not going to <br /> participate in the adjudicatory process and they <br /> agree with EP's decision. <br /> Coloni <br />
