VOTE: Plotion made and seconded to find a negative determination. NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. . 8:10 MICHAEL VINING to permit After-the-fact removal of dead trees at 69 James Circle. . Mr. Sherman advised three pine trees had been cut illegally. He will be keeping a close eye on Mr. Vining. Mrs. Ferriday suggested conditioning that three trees be replaced on the bank. Mr. Sherman stated there is a problem with room; he will meet with Mr, Vining to address bare areas on the slope and impose a planting plan.
