Mr, Cohen stated this project is precedent setting, He had <br /> been advised on his property to forget it; he would never get <br /> it, He had told Mr. Nirenberg at the beginning th t he would <br /> pay his one-third of annual costs, he would have to pay all <br /> the legal costs. He also informed hien that he did believe <br /> Mr, oktem would put in one penny and he hasn't. There is a <br /> provision that Mr. Nirenberg may not be aware of. He has run <br /> out of money on this project. This is a property that he <br /> rents, He was throwing in $65 , 000 per year and getting <br /> $30,000 back. There is a provision where Mr. Nirenberg can <br /> put a lien on the property. <br /> Mr. Cohen stated his observation is that every year 1000 <br /> cubic yards is put down and within two weeks it disappears, <br /> Mrs. Ferriday asked if he was telling the Commission that he <br /> is not going to nourish the beach. Mr. Cohen stated he <br /> cannot put up the $4000 for the nourishment and consulting <br /> that is his one-third, <br /> Ms Fields stated she will come back on the 22nd with plans <br /> for when they are going to nourish, how much, all the <br /> information needed to put her client in the Commissionfs good <br /> graces. This will be for all three properties. <br /> 'OT : Motion made and seconded to hear Scott Wentzell an <br /> abutter and trustee of Maushop Village. <br /> Mr, Wentzel stated time is of the essence. Every property <br /> downdraft is suffering drastically in property values and <br /> other areas. They are losing beach. Maushop wants to work <br /> together with all of the beach owners. <br /> ANTHONY SHUMAN to license and maintain an existing <br /> wooden seasonal dock, seawall , stairs and concrete platform, <br /> including repair of platform at 645 Main Street, Barbara <br /> Frappier presented new plans revised to move the property <br /> line because of how it appeared in the field. The revision <br /> is dated 9/7/94. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday asked if this is a new dock? Ms Frappier <br /> stated it is all new wood, same dock. Mrs. Ferriday pointed <br /> out it was nearer permitted by the Commission and there should <br /> be after-the-fact fees. <br /> Ms Frappier stated it was constructed off-site and brought <br /> down-. She advised her client incorrectly and agreed to the <br /> additional fees. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday asked how the platform would be removed? <br /> The area can be accessed easily by a small bobcat from the <br /> north side of the house along the property line. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if it can be done without disturbance of <br /> vegetation and was given absolute assurance, He will meet <br />
