ST A FO D PONDS: The Agent had a meeting with Carl Grassetti <br /> who is asking for an alternative plan. He looked at the site <br /> and there are some areas along the pond with erosion. He <br /> feels wildlife habitat could be enhanced without cutting into <br /> the bank and without the wetland replication project. It is <br /> possible to entertain an amendment with extensive plantings. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to go mead with the <br /> substitute plan but attach a time period to it. <br /> It must be done next spring and a plan before the <br /> Commission within a month that .includes the time <br /> schedule, Work must be completed by June 1, 19956 <br /> MINUTES: <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the minutes of <br /> August 18 and August 25, 1994as written. <br /> SIGNS ON Dom: Mr, komeyer stated signs should he posted on <br /> the last permanent member. Motion made and seconded to issue an Emergency Cert- <br /> ificate <br /> ert- <br /> .ifiBate for the removal of fire debris from the Thomas <br /> property. <br /> A LEAD: They were supposed to revegetate with Beach grass <br /> as ordered, but did not. It has grown in with weeds. Mr. <br /> Applerard's letter was read into the record. <br /> The Agent recommended telling him that he is being held to <br /> the Notice of Intent and order of Conditions. <br /> A letter to be written that he must do as ordered. <br />
