XASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of October 6,, 1994 <br /> Commissioners Present: Frank Holme er, chair Pro Tem, Paul <br /> vere t, Harry De ro ier , Robert <br /> Lopez, George Green Jr, <br /> There was no quorum at for the public comm nt period. <br /> The Chair called the meeting to order at 7: 07 upon the <br /> arrival of Mr. Desrosiers and appointed oci ate Member <br /> Robert Lopez a voting member for quorum purposes* <br /> Public comments were requested: none. <br /> HERBERT GLAIZ for a Determination of Applicability on <br /> the replacement of existing tie stairs and patio timbers at <br /> 116 Fells Pond Road, Peter Langl.erF presenting O <br /> Mr. Sherman stated they were in the process of replacement o <br /> existing; the work is 95% complete. He has seen the work and <br /> it is acceptable. <br /> Mr. Langler advised he thought the hone owner had gore <br /> through the process. <br /> Mr, Homeyer stated the Commission issues citations and fines <br /> to contractors, as well as homeowners, when they do work <br /> without permits in the wetland areas, <br /> Public comments: none <br /> NOTE.: Motion made and seconded to find a negative <br /> determination with maintenance in perpetuity. <br /> NEGATIVE T] M TION. <br /> 7:05 FILM Ro WORTH, for a Determination of Applicability <br /> for a proposed bath addition in an existing carport area at <br /> 8 Spoondrift Way. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated this is no threat to any resource area; it <br /> is within the existing footprint*j <br /> Mr, Lopez asked if they were tearing anything down?
