XASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION Minutes of October 6,, 1994 Commissioners Present: Frank Holme er, chair Pro Tem, Paul vere t, Harry De ro ier , Robert Lopez, George Green Jr, There was no quorum at for the public comm nt period. The Chair called the meeting to order at 7: 07 upon the arrival of Mr. Desrosiers and appointed oci ate Member Robert Lopez a voting member for quorum purposes* Public comments were requested: none. HERBERT GLAIZ for a Determination of Applicability on the replacement of existing tie stairs and patio timbers at 116 Fells Pond Road, Peter Langl.erF presenting O Mr. Sherman stated they were in the process of replacement o existing; the work is 95% complete. He has seen the work and it is acceptable. Mr. Langler advised he thought the hone owner had gore through the process. Mr, Homeyer stated the Commission issues citations and fines to contractors, as well as homeowners, when they do work without permits in the wetland areas, Public comments: none NOTE.: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination with maintenance in perpetuity. Mr. Sherman stated this is no threat to any resource area; it is within the existing footprint*j Mr, Lopez asked if they were tearing anything down?
