New <br /> plans were presented, Additional elevations around the dock <br /> area were missing on the last plan submitted; these were <br /> added. (October 6 - date prevision) . on the second page is <br /> additional details as requested showing the elevation of the <br /> dock and pilings. The Agent asked for an oak *tree to be <br /> located which is shown on the plan and a cross section. <br /> Construction details were added and the scale was changed. <br /> Mr, Desrosiers asked if the abutter that was not notified <br /> previously had been notified? Receipts were provided. <br /> Mr. 'Sherman stated it is a retaining wall , they are not doing <br /> sand. Mr , Gregsak stated that is correct. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked the water depth at the float It is 2,7 at <br /> Mean Low Water. The boat that will occupy the structure is <br /> small 14 foot Boston Thaler with a motor with two feet o <br /> draft but will upgrade as money will allow. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it will be conditioned so that the <br /> propulsion unit will not hit the bottom <br /> Mr. Desrosiers pointed out the water depth at the back side <br /> of the float is minimal. He asked if the staking has been <br /> done and was told it has. Mr, Sherman stated it will be <br /> conditioned that prior to start of the wall work, they will <br /> have to have the exact location staked and it will have to be <br /> maintained. He was told it is there now. <br /> Mr. Homeyer asked if there will be power and water- to the <br /> dock? Mr. Sherman stated they can run an extension cord* <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if they are asking for more than one boat? <br /> They are not.
