A violation notice was sent. <br /> The Agent stated even if he removes it, he should have to <br /> file. <br /> VOTE: Motion ,made and seconded that the dock be removed and <br /> a filing made with the Commission. <br /> AIS MO Y: He made an arrangement with Perry Ellis to- mo a the <br /> floats out. Now they are up on the bank. <br />
