Mr. Sherman reported there is another aspect, Jeff Leonard of <br /> Chapter 91 called and they are not looking favorably on the <br /> extension requested for permitting. They want something <br /> submitted, even if plans are incomplete. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday stated this should come out of the Finance <br /> Committee reserve emergency funding. The Commission does not <br /> owe any more money to this project. <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded to ask the Finance Committee <br /> for $3200., in order to have Cape & Islands begin the <br /> permit and engineering work. Unanimous Vote. <br /> LEACH: The recently submitted plans showing the layout were <br /> reviewed., <br /> Motion was made by Mr, Homeyer to deny the project based on <br /> inadequate plans which constitute an incomplete filing. <br /> The Agent stated he will refer there to the Building Inspector <br /> to see if he finds them acceptable. <br /> Mr, Desrosiers stated it shows that it is definitely two <br /> bedrooms. <br /> Mr, Ho eyes stated they are demolishing the fireplace <br /> Mr, Desrosiers requested details. <br /> The Agent will check with the Building Inspector and bring <br /> this hack to the commission at the next meeting. <br /> Mr. Homeyer withdrew his motion. <br /> CONCOM AcoLTNTS: Status report distributed. <br /> FINE REVISIONS: Draft revisions to the fine structure which <br /> includes 7, A and B, concerning failure to comply with a <br /> condition in an order of Conditions was reviewed. <br /> regulations hearing is to be held in the future. <br /> FLUME VANDALISM: it.
