NATURE Wim: Renee Fudala has asked for permission to have <br /> three naturalists lead an all day walk on April 2 , The <br /> Commission gave approval. <br /> DEP: New delineation requirements are going to require soils <br /> testing for new houses and septic upgrades. This would <br /> require digging sizeable holes every 15 feet on transects, <br /> Question was raised what can be done when the ground is <br /> frozen. <br /> COURT HEARING: Clyde Peters requested a hearing. Mr. Green <br /> attended with the Agent and they met with him before the <br /> hearing. He was agreeable to no longer take matters into his <br /> own hand and would contact the Commission before doing <br /> anything, He will perform community service. <br /> Mr, Green will talk to Rusty Peters. He suggested they could <br /> do something along with the river clean up. <br /> UNE DOGE - REWARD: A call was received from the <br /> Executive secretary who is writing up an article for Town <br /> Meeting, The Agent suggested the Commission may want to do <br /> something on its own out of the conservation Fund. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to post a reward for $1000 for <br /> information leading to the arrest of the individuals <br /> responsible for damage to the flume at Nashpee-Wakeby. <br /> It was agreed to get a newspaper article on this immediately* <br /> Mr, Fitzsimmons asked what would result if the person <br /> responsible came in and offered to do community service? The <br /> Commission agreed that would be acceptable* <br /> Mr. Green advised he had been told by Harry Desrosiers that <br /> 41 <br /> the Mean Annual Flood Level of the pond is elevation 55. <br /> MEMBERSHIP: The Commission was advised that Paul Averett hand <br /> delivered his letter to the Selectmens Office today offering <br /> to step down to Associate Member. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to send a letter to the <br /> Selectmen to recommend that Paul Averett be allowed <br /> to step down to Associate Member and elevate Hobert <br /> Lopez to voting member. <br /> DOCK CONDITIONS: New special conditions for docks were <br /> distributed for review. <br /> letter was sent to David Holden stating that no certificate <br /> of compliance will be issued for slash/debris on the marsh <br /> and jetting in piles. <br /> RN NATION: A request was received for a Certificate of <br /> Compliance which was denied. Vere were additional pilings; <br /> there are three floats{ not two, It is a double dock for the <br /> two lots; it is in the deed. He has asked to file a Notice <br /> of Intent to legalize the additional floats. <br />
