Ferragamo stated his clients did not want a line of heavy <br /> vegetation. Mr. Sherman stated he would be satisfied with <br /> inch berm with no vegetation if the other is allowed t <br /> grow and be mowed only once a year, not less than 2 feet. <br /> Mr. Ferragamo stated they will not fertilize this lawn but <br /> they want to use it. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday suggested allowing it to stay natural , It is a <br /> policy of the commission not to allow a lawn seaward of the <br /> house. It could be planted with ecology mix. <br /> Mr. Ferragamo would suggest delineating that with a row of <br /> cobblestones. They will have a fence along that same line. <br /> Sherman stated for a new house, the commission would <br /> mandate a 50 foot NVBS,. <br /> Mr. Ferragamo suggested a dense panting along the fence. <br /> Mr: Sherman stated a berm is more important than planting# <br /> Mr, Ferragamo did not think it would be a problem. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday asked if there was a leaching pit for the pool, <br /> Mr. Ferragamo stated it will be pumped by a fire hose. It is <br /> a boo gallon drywell. <br /> Mr, Green would like to see the pump written in somewhere; he <br /> can foresee problems down the road. He would prefer to see a <br /> drywell close to the pool. Mr. Ferragamo agreed and will put <br /> it where the pool shed was* Asked what Galant material was <br /> proposed, he stated Rosa Rugosa, 8ayberry and Juniper. <br />
