It should not he <br /> permitted on, the lower part. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday stated it is not attractive at the tap of the <br /> hill. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the whole area is a remarkable wildlife <br /> habitat. <br /> Mr, Rosenberg stated it should he denied, the question is <br /> with or without prejudice.
