The Agent stated there are still the same problems, no <br /> numbered flags . <br /> Harold Cloran, an abutter, advised there are flags on the <br /> tree. Mr. Sherman stated there are not numbered according to <br /> the plan. He was not sure he agreed with the delineation. <br /> He suggested continuing one more time and then he will meet <br /> with Mr. Doyle the day he does it. <br /> Mr. Doyle stated it is a very straight forward upgrade. He <br /> could not imagine they do not still have numbers on thea, He <br /> had flags all the way from the corner of Dean's Pond, <br /> starting with 1 , 1 , 15 and then continuing for the BVW, 1 , <br /> 1 , 1 . Mr. Sherman advised he could not find anything <br /> written on those flags. <br /> MrF. Cloran asked if they could proceed 'if the numbers are <br /> replaced. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it is a simple project but when verifying <br /> for the Board of Health at the same time, he needs the BVW <br /> 1 , 17, 1 , clearly shown on the flagging and the end of the <br /> leaching facility to the flow diffusers staked. <br /> Mr. Doyle requested to go forward with the hearing subject to <br /> verifying the flags, Mr. Sherman stated the hearing can be <br /> closed pending. Abutter notification receipts were provided <br /> and the permit to access form was signed. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending a site visit <br /> with the applicant to verify the wetland. <br /> CLOSE PENDING, <br /> 8:20 HENRY J, BODE .t amend the Order of Conditions for SE <br /> 43-1292 to permit plantings and pruning at 22 Bayview Road. <br /> The Agent advised this amendment was requested by the <br /> Commission. The reregetation plan submitted was based on <br /> site visit with the Agent. The plan is acceptable. 1t was <br /> stamped April 27, should be March 27. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment <br /> subject to a condition on maintenance pruning, <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED. i <br /> MICHAEL MOSKOWITZ for the in tallation of an irrigation <br /> system and reconstruction of an existing lawn at 146 <br /> Popponesset Island Load, Mr. Moskowitz presenting. He would <br /> like to install a sprinklers system and replace some lawn. He <br /> will be using an ecology nix and his landscaper spoke with <br /> the Agent. <br /> Mr. Sherman requested when the work is done that he provide <br /> the Commission with receipts for the Conservation mix. <br />
