Mr. Doyle offered to go along and help in any way he can, <br /> whether it be filling it back in, or whatever. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he received the ShellfishWarden's report <br /> tonight. It right be possible to discuss remediation by <br /> restocking of shellfish. The report did not include <br /> suggestions for remediation. Mr. Doyle requested a copy of <br /> the report and this was provided. <br /> Mr. D srosier`s asked how the impacts could have been avoided <br /> or minimi zed? Mr. Doyle did not know; sand fills back in <br /> immediately. The shellfish were not impacted, he said4. <br /> 11 <br /> Mr, Sherman wanted more advice. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated Mr. Doyle sounds ready to do <br /> remediation. <br /> POLICY: Ari, applicant has asked to have the assistance of John <br /> Johansen with a filing at a time other than the Wednesday <br /> appointments usually scheduled. <br /> The Commission agreed this service should be at John's <br /> convenience only.. <br /> NOTE* Motion made and seconded to establish a policy that <br /> assistance will be available to the public, by <br /> appointment, on Wednesdays between 1: - 4:00 p. . <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> The Agent advised the tate' Ethics commission informed Town <br /> Counsel that the Commission could not pay John for his <br /> services. <br /> NASHPEE RI's: Town meeting article coming up on Monday <br /> night. It is a rocky bottom so siltation in the river ,is <br /> being filled in with sand that is actually moving along. <br /> He advised he has some ideas that might work. <br /> levegetation: Estimates are in and range from $13-17, 000 , <br /> It will be necessary to move quickly if funds are voted <br /> Monday. It will have to be done before June 15, The Notice <br /> of Intent can be filled out to get it moving. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers volunteered to be a subcommittee of one to <br /> help work on this. <br /> $24 ,000 for the engineering on the river would be part of <br /> the capital. Improvement in the omnibus, The CIC has approved <br /> this. <br /> The Agent will contact chuck Green to see if the Tribal <br /> Council will support this. <br />
