April 11. . Revisions are a result of a hearing for Lot 254 to <br /> the north. This lot has a depression for a borrow area for <br /> the bog. The Commission wanted a 50 -foot buffer from the <br /> top of the bank. The previous plan alloyed a► 25 foot buffer, <br /> They are showing a 50 foot buffer from the ACEC to the work <br /> limit. L rywells are to the rear of the house. The original <br /> subdivision plan showed the ACED, edge of the cranberry bog <br /> and a restricted building line. The original proposal was to <br /> put .it on the building line; this would not comply with <br /> commission requirements, This plan calls for a variance from <br /> the Board of Appeals for which a hearing will be held on May <br /> 258 <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he was in the field with the old plan. <br /> Mir, Sanic i advised the house was designed in this pattern in <br /> order to fit, He pulled it in 53 feet. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he has done what he was going to ask of <br /> hire.
