NT PERIOD: None, <br /> 7:00 RICHARD ROCHE for a Determination of Applicability on <br /> the proposed upgrade of an on-site sewage disposal system to <br /> conform to Title v at 18 Forest Road, Steve Doyle presenting <br /> with Mr. & Mrs, Roche. This is a three bedroom structure <br /> and they are not proposing any additional bedrooms. Leaching <br /> is to the rear of the structure; they are adding a 1500 <br /> gallon septic tank. Deans Pond is reached through meandering <br /> vegetation and it is in the flood plain. <br /> The position was moved once at the request of the Board of <br /> Health and a variance was received. They are asking t <br /> repair the asphalt driveway. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he had no problem with the septic upgrade <br /> or the driveway. He recommended a negative determination,. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative <br /> determination for Richard Roche, Unanimous vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION <br /> WILLIAM SULLIVAN for a Determination of Applicability <br /> j on the proposed construction of a wooden deck over an <br /> existing patio at 25 Elliot Toad. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he met with the parties out there and it <br /> is a simple project. There is an existing patio and they <br /> want to put concrete slab with a deck on top. The area is <br /> now existing lawn. 'there is no impact to the environment; he <br /> recommended a negative determination. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative <br /> determination for William Sullivan. Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION.. <br /> 7:10 BARBARA POTIARD for a Determination of Applicability on <br /> the proposed replacement of an existing deck at 48 Oregon <br /> Road. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised they are replacing a deck in kind. <br /> There is one pile of leaves and pine needles that they will <br /> be asked to remove. <br /> Public comments: none. <br />
