This should be done past- haste <br /> and when done the Agent will inspect and if okay, the Amended <br /> Order issued. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to have mitigating measures <br /> dome immediately around the dock and inspected by the <br /> Agent. If satisfactory, the Amended order will be <br /> issued. Unanimous Vote,. <br /> ITIS: The Agent advised, after issuing the order of <br /> Conditions, it was discovered this is in the A E . This was <br /> not shown on the plan but the ongineer agreed it is in the <br /> AE . The performance standards is no adverse affects. They <br /> will send a setter that it is in the A . <br /> Mr, Rosenberg asked for an opinion from DEP, If revoked, it <br /> puts the onus on thea. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the project should be readrertieed and the <br /> hearing reopened. The commission agreed. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded that a hearing be advertised <br /> upon receipt of the letter authorizing reopening the <br /> hearing. <br /> MINUTES <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to approve the minutes of <br /> January 19, February 2, February 1 , March 2, March <br /> 1 , March 30, and April 1 , 1995, as written. <br />
