CLOSE PENDING. <br /> . <br /> 9:10 JOSEPH BOUSA to amend the order of Conditions for <br /> proposed landscaping work at 30 Spoondrift Way. Mr. Sousa <br /> presenting. He would like to remove Landscape ties and <br /> i retaining walls, A fieldstone wall and patio will be put in <br /> with flowers and mulch, <br /> M . Sherman asked that he tape the plan and put numbers on <br /> the plan that are on the letter* He asked if the steps are <br /> there now? Mr. Sousa stated they are doing to be replaced <br /> with treated landscape ties. <br /> Mr. Sherman recommended acceptance of the recuet subject to <br /> an on-site with him before work is begun. <br /> Mr, Sousa advised there- is 10 foot of pea stone that keeps <br /> everything out of the water. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment <br /> with the condition of a preconstruction on-site. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED,, <br /> 9:20 11ASNPEE STATEN DISTRICT, Santuit Woods Water Mains, <br /> continued from 30 March 1995, No one was present for the <br /> hearing and it was determined that the continuance was for <br /> lack of quorum and the District was not notified of the time <br /> and date. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing t <br /> June 8, 1995 at 7:50 p.m, <br /> CONTINUED To 8 JUNE 1995 AT P.M. <br /> MARTIN WOLFF .for a deck addition with hot tub; <br /> replacement of a ramp walkway; landscape improvements; and <br /> maintenance in perpetuity for proposed work at 5 Keel Way, <br /> Tom Jalowy presenting. Theme is a small_ ramp section off the <br /> deck area that is dangerous when wet. They want to remove <br /> the ramp and make four platform stades from the pier to the <br /> deck area. They would like to put a small jacuzzi in a small <br /> addition that will be attached to a drywell. Concerning <br /> vegetation, theme is nothing there now, He reviewed proposed <br /> plantings. Abutter notification receipts were provided. <br /> Mr, Sherman stated there is better wildlife habitat value <br /> with what is proposed. He endorsed the project* <br /> Ir. Fitzsimmons asked if the jacuzzi is chlorinated and was <br /> told it is. The drywell will go on top, rather than to the <br /> wetland area, behind the deck. <br /> Ir, Sherman would not be wary about the chlorine in the <br /> drywe l l. <br /> Mr, Jalowy stated the area to be reveetated is only mulch <br /> now. <br />
