MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of June 15, 1995 <br /> Commissioners present: John Fitzsimmons, David Sharpe, <br /> George Green Jr, , Elliot Rosenberg, <br /> John Johansen, Ralph Shaw* <br /> Robert Sherman, Conservation Agent and Kahn Terrio, <br /> Assistant Conservation Agent, were present also. <br /> The Chair called the meeting to order at p.m. <br /> PUBLIC CO PERIOD: None, <br /> 7:10 DIANE L. GLICK for a Determination of Applicability on <br /> the proposed installation of a five foot high chain lin] <br /> fence at 27 Keel way. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised the fence is around an open area which <br /> already has woad chips. He would be satisfied with a <br /> negative determination with one sentence added to the work <br /> de cri tion. <br /> Public comments were recsted: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative deter- <br /> mination with the condition that they place the fence <br /> within the already cleared area and that language be <br /> added to the RDA to provide for inspection by the Agent <br /> to ensure that it is done. Unanimous vote. <br /> NEGATIVE WITH CONDITIONS. <br /> 7:15 ANNE KIBRICK for a Determination of Applicability on <br /> the permitting of an existing seawall, seasonal dock and ramp <br /> to coincide with Chapter 91 licensing with maintenance for <br /> the life of the license of the structure at 127 pickerel Cove <br /> Road. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stepped down as he is acquainted with the <br /> petitioner. <br /> Ir. Sherman stated the proposal is straight forward but the <br /> dock is in the yard now. He would recommend negative <br /> pending deployment in the water and they prove the structure <br /> existed before 1984, <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> 0 Motion rade and seconded to find a negative deter- <br />: mination pending site inspection once it is deployed. <br /> Mr, Green abstained; Motion carried <br /> NEGATIVE PENDING. <br /> 20 ELIZABETH FULTON for a Determination of Applicability <br /> n the expansion of a deck at 5 Point Road, Elizabeth Fulton <br /> represented Mrs, Mason, the owner, <br />
