Plantings in the <br /> deck location will be where the small deck us and thea have <br /> landscape walls coming down on the other side . <br /> Mr . Fitzsimmons asked if the other- order of Conditions <br /> permitted the deck and it did . They are roving 'it to conform <br /> to the Commission 's request . The house is the same . <br /> Mr . Sherman asked what will stabilize the slope . Mr . <br /> Slavinsky stated the Plantings themsei es . They may need <br /> erosion control blankets . Mr Slavinsky stated that is not <br /> probe.em and could be part of the order of Conditions . The <br /> entire lot has 3" of hay on it . <br /> Mr . Sherman stated would agree with wood chips 0 feet around <br /> the house and the rest left for natural vegetation to core up <br /> through . <br /> Mr .
