Unanimous Vote . <br /> CLOSE UPON RECEIPT. <br /> 8:20 JOHN A . HAYDEN to license existing pilings and floats , <br /> with maintenance for the duration of a Chapter 91 License at <br /> 26 Crosstr e Way . Mr . Hayden presenting . He is seeking <br /> Order o f Conditions to supplement a 99 year amnesty license . <br /> It has been in existence for 13 years . Abutter notification <br /> was provided . <br /> Rick York asked the depth of water under the float at Mean <br /> Low Water? The back of the float nearest the wall , at some <br /> times of the year , will sit on the bottom . Generally ,, it is <br /> barely floating . At creek side there is approximately 30" at <br /> average low tide . <br /> Mr . Hayden stated he had a 29 ' boat that never sat on the <br /> bottom . <br /> Mr . York stated it is a shellfish area and the back of the <br /> float is resting on the bottom which inhibits shy ii is . He <br /> suggested they put on float stops or move i t out . The <br /> Problem will be the same with the state license . <br /> Mr . Hayden would be happy with float stops as it would ld annoy <br /> the neighbors if he mord it out . <br /> Mr . Sherman asked if the dock qualifies for amnesty . He was <br /> told it does . It was permitted y ACOS , no wetlands <br /> Permitting; he was told that was all he had to do . <br /> Mr . Shy <br /> ern stated the dock exceeds the size thr Commission <br /> allows . Th ey are under no obligation to give a waiver but <br /> may do so . <br /> Mr . Fitzsimmons stated it is about Soo s .f . <br /> Mr . Sherman stated the most significant issue is to pint stops <br /> on the floats so effects aro minimized . He asked the width <br /> of the float and if it was necessary to have one t.hrt. large . <br /> Mr . Hayden said they traditionally had a sailboat , whaler and <br /> another vessel . They have enjoyed whr t they had and would <br /> like to keep it . <br /> Mr . Sherman asked if the Commission wants to have ai r <br /> for an amnesty filing"? The board has held to the Zoo s .f . <br /> for some time . <br />
