Unani us Vote <br /> HEARING CLOSED <br /> BAYVIEW TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUMS to permit annual vista <br /> pruning in areas along inland and coastal banks at e Pond <br /> Road/Great O Road . Michael Grotz e presenting . <br /> Mr . Sherman advised pruning has been going on under an order <br /> of Conditions and was done by Tom Jalowy . However , wor had <br /> been started withut him and the filing occasioned for that <br /> reason . What was done was not done under the old Order of <br /> Conditions . How to prevent this ion the Future is to be <br /> discussed . <br /> Mr . Grotzke pointed to the area altered , the area includ'ed in <br /> the hatching . The next Order of Conditions should be more <br /> speiio . <br /> Mr . Sherman stated if they cannot control it , all vista <br /> pruning should be prohibited . <br /> Mr . Fitzsimmons asked if this is I n the ACEC and it is , but <br /> 1t is not BVW . He referred .o the bog 'slue earlier i the <br /> +Y Y 1 F . <br /> Mr . Sherman stated there should be a redel i ne ti n of the <br /> BVW . It was done 'in 1992 . Ther 'i"s a thin fringe Y <br /> freshwater vegetation above the salt marsh . The BVW should <br /> e re l g ed # The most crucial point 's the coastal side . <br /> The BVW will be pretty far down the bank . <br /> Mr . Grotzke suggested he and Mr . Sherman go out and look t <br /> the flags . <br /> Mr . Rosenberg suggested amending the previous order that no <br /> cutting be done annually except after an on-site with the <br /> Agent nd a representative of the condominiums . <br /> Mr . Sherman would not want to approve this plan eca-use it <br /> shows too much cutting . He wanted to go to the area <br /> cutt]"'.ng to see if oompensatory planting is necessary . He <br /> suggested continuing to allow he and Mr . Grotze to walk the <br /> site to see a� it needs to e reled . <br /> Mr .
