Michael Gr o tz ke presenting . He and the agent spent <br /> time o ng the road t the site of each swale and have come <br /> to an agreement . The Agent asked him to create a small <br /> sketch with specs for each swale . They can avoid entering <br /> any of the wetland and do not need to get into replication . <br /> He entered into the record attestations from people in <br /> oppo n ss t . The BVWline will be shown, s well s grade <br /> and depth change . Six separate sw l s are identified . <br /> Basins are out of the wetland except the First one . <br /> . Sherman asked for new plans and runoff would have to be <br /> addressed from the freshly paved roads . <br /> Mr . Grotzk stated this is a plan to repave the road to I <br /> feet . He asked if they have to incorporate some comment? <br /> Mr . Sh rm .n stated 1t could be done if they stay within the <br /> footprint of the road . If widened into the dune , that would <br /> have to be discussed . <br /> Mr . Grot k stated the pathway will act as an infiltrating <br /> system for the storm water . <br /> . Sherman stated '.t cannot be done as a limited project . <br /> Parts of .hat area are dune . They can come rips with the <br /> drainage swls but the pathway is a different ball of wax . <br /> Mr . Green saw the pathway s a plus to the drainage system . <br /> Mr . Sherman agreed but there is no way to overcome the <br /> language , storm damage prevention regarding dunes . <br /> Mr . Gr of ke realized t hey cannot t k material from a dune <br /> and asked what if they take some material ro the higher <br /> Part of the dune and build up the lower par is r . Sherman <br /> asked , if they scoop dune sand up , what is going o keep It <br /> there? They cannot cover dune vegetation . <br /> Mr . Grot k stated they would replant and replicate . . <br /> Sherman stated that would have to be spelled out quite <br /> specifically . <br />
