Johansen advised the abutter tter is was incorrect ,, instead of block 71 , 't was requested for block 7 . Mr . E EFTON HOMES to amend the order of Conditions for SE 43-1206 to permit revisions to the wetland replication plan for Stratford Ponds . Mr . Sherman stated the plan was already accepted but It tools long time to get Cara Gr sett i to submit the fee and plan . It has been approved conceptually . An enforcement rder will be sent with the order to mandate it must be done this fall . Public omments: none . VOTE= Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment with the condition all work be done by 20 October 1995 AMENDMENT ACCEPTED. The Commission was polled concerning an Executive Session to discuss a violation by Sherman Epro that may be going to court . The vote was unanimous to enter executive secs n at 9:45 p .m . The Commission was polled and voted unanimously to leave executive session at 9:50 p .m . 9:50 COLONIAL CCAS COMPANY for the installation `F a 2'1 diameter gas main and 3/4" diameter gas service lanes at Cedar St , Chestnut Street a Quinaquisset Avenue . Bob Dowling presenting . Mr . Sherman stated this is a very sample project , all in real long distance from the water .
