Larry i u 1 s presenting . There have been a number of filings on the condo units . T hie condensing unit will be up against the building . Mr . Sherman stated it is a minimum project and recommended negative determination . VOTE: Motion grade and seconded to find a negative determination . NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. 7: 15 THOMAS G. I The Agent r ell I eyed items needed � Abutter notification was provided and proof of mailing to the Conservancy was also . The Agent questioned an existing dock . Mr . Rosenberg stated 'if the existing dock belongs to the L rn rs next door and that is a permanent dock , thesituation is that they will be 6 feet from the propertY line and they are on the property line and there will be a problem if they want to repair their dock . Mr . out.hr er stated the piece that is on his property used to e on the right hand side but the neighbor put '.t on the left side when they were in disrepair . Mr .
