September 1995 <br /> Page 11 . <br /> ACOE: They are requesting water quality studies and further <br /> information on the check dams to increase flow . The Agent <br /> advised Senator Kennedy and Congressman Studds did put <br /> pressure on them . T hey are going to accept current plans . <br /> The one remaining 1 slue is the check dams and they would like <br /> literature on where they were done before . The Agent stated <br /> he does not have further information . e will oa Karen <br /> Kirk dairy tomorrow , if they are adamant about the check <br /> cams , we could give this issue up and reopen it at a later <br /> date . <br /> VOTE: Motion rade arra seconded that the Agent contact ACOS <br /> and if the check dams -will hold up the project , with- <br /> draw <br /> thdraw that issue . Unanimous vote . <br /> CHAPMAN: 22 Bright Cove - The lawn was denied but they put it <br /> i n . They now have a new proposal for which the Agent <br /> suggested getting the opinion of Ellis Allen . It could be <br /> ontored next spring . <br /> Mr . Shaw asked what would be the acceptable percentage o <br /> clover? Mr . Sherman stated 75% . <br /> Mr . Desrosiers suggested holding up on the Certificate o <br /> compliance . <br /> Mr . Sherman advised an unappealed Enforcement Orders the <br /> law and enforceable through the court system . The Commission agreed . <br /> BL E : The Order of Conditions was bei.ng held up for an <br /> architectural plan and this has been received . <br /> Mr .
