Sherman referred to a copy of the RDA submitted for Rte . <br /> 151 . There is a pile of dirt in front of the wetland areas . <br /> t was suggested that a copy of submittal requirements e <br /> sent to Greg Taylor with a letter and a copy to the Executive <br /> Secretary . <br /> Mr . Rosenberg stated it should e a Grote of the Commission <br /> that it will not accept any further road or public <br /> improvement rojects without a full submittal of plans which <br /> show Beta-il in accordance with the Published standards of the <br /> Commission and the applicable laws . <br /> Mr . Sherman stated the plans accepted to expedite this are <br /> still substandard . <br /> VOTE= Motion made and seconded that the Commission will not <br /> accept any further road or public improvement pro eo s <br /> without a full submittal of plans which show detail in <br /> accordance with the Published standards of the <br /> Commission and the applicable .haw and filings should be <br /> on a timely bas-is . Unanimous Vote . <br /> The Agent advised he is working on regulations for rare <br /> species . He recommended a subcommittee be formed on the <br /> storm water regulations . <br /> Buzzards Bay project regulations to be reviewed . <br /> r . esros ie s will spearhead the effort , Joined by Mr .
