U L .0 COMMENTS: None MARINA. -REALTY TRUST for a Determination o Applicability on the construction of a deck and rel ndsc po alterations at the New Seabury Marina . Michael Grotzke presenting . More detailed plans were reviewed .. T hre deck is to be used by boaters; New Seurry is trying to upgrade the facility . Threre will be outdoor tables . Half the lot is not vegetated the other has Russian olives . Mr . Sherman had no problem with the project but asked if the deck will create an increase in service..-E-31? Mr . Grotzke stated no , but long term thoughts are to provide more services with baths s or" porta potties in accordance with regulations . T hey will expand a step a a time i there 's positive spons . Public Comments: none . VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to findnegative ire determination for Marina Realty Trust . Unanimous Vote NEGATIVE -DETERMINATION. 7:05 - BERNARD PEMSTEIN for a Determination o Applicability on a proposed addition to an existing dwelling at 161 Daniels Island Road . T he applicant and he discussed methodology; they n stay off the bank and keep a 5 foot window around construction . it is an extension of an existing bathroom and closet . There will be verification when the work is done that the number o bedrooms has not 'increased . Public Comments: none . VOTE= Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination for Bernard F emsteln . Unanimous Vote . NEGATIVE DETERMINATION.
