VOTE: Nation made and seconded to close subJect to Board o Health approval ,, DEP number and comments ,, r c h i ec u r l and revised plans , and an on-site after the sod is installed . Unanimous Vote . CLOSED SUBJECT To Bern/Lillian Realty Trust: Mr .. Sherm n advised while preparing for clearing the lot , hey cleared chow n to the wetland line . A revegetation plan was requested n ! he met with Mr . Gro z e where a plan was agreed upon . The plants are going in tomorrow . Mr . Sherman was satisfied with what is being done and asked the Commission to forego a formal amended Order . The Certificate o Compliance can be conditioned that the plants have to be maintained at a 95 survival rate . VOTE: Motion made and seconded that an Amended Order o Conditions will not be required .
