She thought they owned <br /> it , they pay the taxes , but whoever needs to be approached , <br /> she hoped that the Commission will please save their beach . <br /> Scott Wentzel advised he spoke with DEP , Chapter , two <br /> weeks ago , and they said he permit should be forthcoming the <br /> first week o December . e questioned he status+ o he <br /> extension . ! ' . Hayes stated has W granted h✓Y DEP . H'i s <br /> recommendation o the trustees will be to go ahead full bore <br /> under whatever ieg i framework they need . He. asked 'if there <br /> was at this point no legal out-off date of JU1Y 1996 . <br /> Mr . Hayes stated there is ,, based on this commission os <br /> approval , unless an extension and amendmentr received <br /> under the bylaw . <br /> Mr . Wentzel stated the application was filed under the <br /> Maushop Condominium Trust , it should have been filed under <br /> Maushop village Trust . 1r- 1.
