No one was present for <br /> the hearing. A letter asking for a continuance was read into the record. They want to go <br /> out luring the next two weeks with the Agent to set a line. <br /> 1 '+ Sherr nan stated the Commission should grant the extension but reserve the right to <br /> look at snow conditions to see if a meanin delineation could be done, with the decision <br /> left to the Agent. 1t would be a freshwater wet and under the bylaw and Isolated Land <br /> Subject to Flooding under the State. It is over a quarter acre foot. He did not feel he <br /> could accurately detern ne where the wetland edges are at present. He -asked if calcs <br /> should be requested? He recommended continuing for two weeks and then discuss the <br /> issue again. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue for two weeks with no cornmitinent for <br /> the Agent to go out, depending on weather/snow conditions; evidence of the <br /> boundary for the Isolated Land Subject to Flood will be needed. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> CONTINUED To JANUARY 2 5, 1996 AT 7:15 RM <br /> 7:20 PETER J.
