The <br /> Agent stated the Commission is on the right track. <br /> KRALTE ER: A request for a legal opix*on has been forwarded to Town Counsel. <br /> ERN: The Board of Health has decided to allow the closet but there has to be a 4 foot <br /> wide aperture. <br /> SIC : A request received from the Police Department and Project Coach that the <br /> Comnussion use juvenile delinquents for Conservation projects. To be considered. <br /> MiCC: Annual meeting and workshops to be held on March 9. <br /> VINING: Another violation has occurred at the Vining prop. A bobcat was brought <br /> in to clear the beach area. The Agent asked for a vow for a fine and enforcement order. <br /> Mr. Vining has hired Sanford Ecological Ser%ice . They will be doing a midlife habitat <br /> survey, delineation of the wetland, etc. They will have to provide a plan to replant the <br /> whole area with suitable species. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue an e forceinent order and $100. fine. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> FAG NB1 G: A Cape & Islands Engineering filing.
