Michael Grot ke presenting. This fang is at <br /> the request of various entities. The Gorsteins would like to add a four bedroom septic <br /> system. This gives them an additional bedroom and is en ironmentay an improvement. <br /> The Nitrogen loading would be 6.33, ccn npared to what is there. <br /> lir. Shernman stated, if it works as well as the manufacturer says, it should be below 5. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked if this project is one that was heard and approved recently? <br /> fir. Grotke stated it is an open timber frame structure above the garage and concern was <br /> raised it could be a-bedroom. They decided to accept it as a bedroom and go with the neer <br /> septic system which has been approved by the Board of Health. <br /> Mar. Sherman stated the state fgure is based on 19 ppm; it will be a net reduction. <br /> VOTE: Moti n made and seconded to find a negative deternfination. Unanimous Vote. <br /> fir.
