Steve Palumbo presenting, <br /> A& Shuman stated he hay seen the plans, which are adequate, and has been to the site. It <br /> wig be necessa y to work hard at erosion control but the work can meet performance <br /> standards with silt fences and haybales. A& Palumbo advised they are proposing a double <br /> row of haybales with the silt fence. There will be no fel brought in behind the home. The, <br /> will take 4 Feet of dirt out all the way to the front of the house to rake it almost level with <br /> the road. It will thea be taken off site. There wffi be no fill brought in or behind the home. <br /> lir. Green asked if they will have staked haybales and silt fences to the uphill side? They <br /> will, it will be around the 60 ft. contour. <br /> Board of Health approval pending Conservation approval. <br /> Public convents: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close subject to Board of Health approval and <br /> with the condition the Agent meet with the applicant to review sedimentation <br /> and erosion control problems including the return of the existing work limit <br /> slope back to elevation 60.
