Board of Health approval is needed. 1W <br /> rotze stated that would depend on what the use ; they may need additional pernmitting <br /> from the Board of Health. <br /> fir. shamian stated, any change in septic, they would have to cone back and fie with the <br /> Comnu*ssion. Any use change would require coning back; nitrogen loading could come <br /> back into the picture. <br /> lr. Rosenberg stated it would seem if this is going to reinam a residencc it would be one <br /> situation, if not and there is some other use, that is different. <br /> A& Grotzke stated they are not providing a deck for the residence but are providing a deck <br /> for people to use as the marina has no place to sit. OfioWly, they were going to provide a <br /> yacht club. <br /> Johansen advised the Attestation of Ownership was missiv g. <br /> The Agent stated the Commission could come to a decision ending receipt of new fog. <br /> � p <br /> He asked if he should indicate that they are aware that any charge in use they would have <br /> to cone back to the Corrussion? <br /> h&. Rosenberg could not see how it could be done under an RDA, it should be a Notice of <br /> Intent. <br />
