Sherman adsed Allenby Tree approached the Commission for vista pruning. In his
narrative he stated it is gust dfinning of dead Umbs and removal of dead trees. They would
walls through it before the work is done. He would be very specific on the conditions.
Public eonunent: none.
VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close with the usual condition that on each
occasion that work is to he done under the application, ion, a prior on-site with
the Conservation Agent he held concerning the details. Unanimous Vote.
MING CLOSED.
8:00 WILLIAM A. CELIo, 23 Spoondrift way, continued from 1/11/96. d Stone
presenting.
i
l&. Sherman advised at the last hearing question was raised shy the wetland line was
picked at that spot. Fugro East was hired to bring in Andy Walsh who found a line a bit
i
higher up. There are two lines, not far apart, with the second 5 - 6 feet higher in some
places.
i A meino from Elias McQuaid was read into the record concerning a 76 foot variance.
Nr. Sherman felt the area of buffer has been degraded; it could he improved. He
suggested that he get together with N&. Stone and get the botanist to give an enhanced plan
for the buffer stomp. The house has been scaled down and moved back. The Board of
Health will have to review the plan but he would like to explore enhancement. The
Commission is conslde ng not requiring the 50 feet so they would meed a qualified person
to look at it.
Gordon Penman stated it is his understanding from the Board of Health that unless less
than 75 feet from the septic to the wetland, that is a never before dome type of deal.
