Conservation Commission <br /> April 1996 <br /> �. Sherman stated they could not build until it is under the same ownership. fir. <br /> Rosenberg stated the Commission cannot issue if the applicant docs not own the property. <br /> 1& Grotzke stated almost every property corning in is under purchase and sale. <br /> Nk. Sherman would defer to the Building Inspector, the Comnussion could issue pending. <br /> Air. Ro&enberg suggested issuing subject to verification of legally combining of the two <br /> lots with title to both residing in the applicant's name. fir. Sherman asked if that is a <br /> problem to the applicant? &. Grot ke stated it would not. <br /> Public comments:none, <br /> VOTE: Motion to close subject to the conditions set by changing of the ownership of the <br /> lots and that an amended Order of Conditions be fled for the landscaping within <br /> 6 days o that which will address some of the precious issues raised such as <br /> disturbance to the areas on this sloe of the lot, No second. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg raised question of what would happen if they came in with a landscaping <br /> plan that was not approved? He cited that as being a problern with having an amendment. <br /> The house is approved and then they come in with an unacceptable landscape plan and the <br /> Commission has no leverage because they have the house. <br /> a -P <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue subject to a landscape plan the Cornnuon <br /> can approve and verification that both lots belong to I&- Berish. I nanitnous <br /> vote. <br /> CLOSED SUBJECT TO. i <br /> TEDI MARSH for an Amended Order of Conditions for landscaping, additional <br /> plantings and lawn at g thouse Lane. Mr. Sherman Mated Wayne Tavares should be <br /> here to represent ifs Marsh. They have gone into the naturally vegetated buffer strip and <br /> they also wanted to have a lawn. The Conor fission has not been permitting lawns but Nft. <br /> Tavares was told he can make his case before the Conussion. The proposed plant Int i <br /> very good and could be approved but he had reservations about the lawn, Accepting this <br /> ply would lock the Commission into what is shown. Also, the plan is 10 scale and no one <br /> is present for the hearing. <br /> Public corn menti none. <br /> vim: Motion made and seconded to deny without prejudice the request to Amend the <br /> Order of Conditions for Fedi marsh. Unanimous Vote. <br />
