VOTE: Motion made and seconded that the work on Mashpee River be done on June 8. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS: After discussion it was agreed to defer sending a letter to <br /> the Selectmen reappointnment of present Commisgotiffs. <br /> CRANBERRY BOG ATTENDANT: John Johansen will handle this matter. <br /> ASSOCIATE RS: Mr. Desrosiers Mated he would like to see at least two of the <br /> Associates as permanent candidates. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to haw Greg WersM a prospective candidate, come <br /> in and talk with the Commission. Unanimous Vote. <br /> Su&um Laimik and Paul Averett to be contacted for their intentions. <br /> VIOLATIONS: There are 20 unresolved violations. The Agent asked for guidance from <br /> the commission. <br /> Jagmm* as: An amended order was filed. A revege ation plan was received but not as an <br /> arnended order. The house is for sale. If he will agree to mainWning the NVP S and clean <br /> up an area Vvith lawn chppbW, the Agent would settle for tit. <br /> The Charman requested that this be done before issu im g a Certificate of Compliance. <br /> Newcomb: They put in a platform. His attorney said they would file a Notice of Intent. <br /> They can still be fined $300 pff clay if it is not fded and the platfoffn removed. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded that a $300 fine per day be initiated if the Notice of <br /> Intent is not fled and the platform removed. Unanimous Vote. <br /> New Seabuay: A letter received from CZM. on the concrete pad. Pictures were shown. <br /> CZM corroborates this is alter the beach. P ling would not create scouring. The Agent <br /> suggested sending an enforcement order corroborating CZM's suggestions. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to send an enforcement order to New Seabury. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> Dion& Naeglin: The Agent will discuss-these violations with 1r. Rosenberg and report <br /> back next meetg. <br /> Kelleher: Lwe was added to the RDA that they were to meet with the Agent before <br /> the work was done and they did not do so. They out the BVW, which will come back. <br /> Their attiomey was to come in tonight but did n t. <br />
