There will be a decrease in creek flow.. <br /> With the development of South Cape Beach, the town has five years within the contract to <br /> exercise an option to exchange one beach for the other. The town voted not to exchange. <br /> It is in the second year of the five year program and nothing has been done and the area is <br /> in increased distress. <br /> Green raised the questions of hydrocarbons in the marsh. lr.
