Lane. <br /> Dave Sanicki presented abutter receipts. Septic will include an Eco Fin Bioclere and ul ra- <br /> mol t system which has been approved. It is 0' to the wetland. The 50' bier has been <br /> provided from the top of the inland bank. The lot is 30,300 s- . <br /> A&. Sherman stated that it falls below the 5 PPM on nitrogen. �i (fid not have a problem <br /> with the top of bank issue. <br /> A letter from David Lupo, an abutter was read into the record stating that at one point <br /> Holmes &McGrath concluded the lot to be unbuildable. <br /> i&. Sanicki was mare of the report and plan but advised the Board of Health has since <br /> adopted regs that go down to 80 feet; technology has changed. <br /> Anthony Bexley, an abutter, asked if the wells were actually located or were approximate <br /> Peter Jacobsen spoke on the issue of his well. <br /> 1W. She Lan pointed out these are A Board of Health issues. <br /> Pudic comments: none.. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close subject to confinnation by the Agent of the <br /> wetland line as shown on the pl ns and that the decision by the Board of Health <br /> in their letter of June 3, 1996 is final; and receipt of DEP number and comments. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> To the issue of the abutter and the Board of Health reversing their decision, fit, <br /> Sherman stated the Commission would thea have to hold of on issuing. <br /> CLOSE PENDING.DING. <br />
