He suggested the applicant could go laterally to the side. <br /> Photos were shown. fir. Martin advised they have retained the services of Fugro and will <br /> be providing a letter from then. All the area in front is disturbed except for 10 feet. It i <br /> 60 feet from the end of the proposed deck to the fond. l x. Meltzer will plant anything the <br /> Commission feels would be of benefit. <br /> fir. Sherman stated the statement in the last paragraph does not address Burden of Proof. <br /> A& Marfm was asked if the applicant wished to continue? He stated the would. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue to June 27, 1996 at 9:10, with the <br /> consent of the applicant. Unanimous Vote. <br /> CONTE'41TD TO 27 AJNE 1996 AT 9:10 RM, <br /> 9:10 ROBERT ZAAINHTO for a I etern ination of Applicability on the lancing of a <br /> proposed ' x 16' vegetable garden and placement of a 16 t. landscape tie at 3 <br /> Popponesset Island Road, <br /> 1r. Sherman stated the garden is close to the top of the bank but with the garden timber, <br /> there is not much chance of run-off. <br /> Public comments: none. <br />
