Peggy <br /> 'antozzi presenting. A plan was reviewed showing proposed pond <br /> reconfiguration and actual location of the grater today. When work is done, <br /> they will be in excess of 150 feet of any grater. <br /> fir. Green asked if it is plus or minus. Mr. Sherman stated it is less than 1%. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> 'OTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION, <br /> 7:30 JAMIE REGAN to amend the Order of Conditions for S -1426 to <br /> include a lawn at 16 Brookside Circle. Mr. and Mrs. Regan presenting. <br /> Photos were shown before the house was built which showed lawn in the area. <br /> Across Redbrook Road is a pond and an old area they dug and took sand out of <br /> which created a coastal bank. The river is several hundred feet away. <br /> fir. Sherman advised Mr. Regan of what the Commission adopted earlier in <br /> the evening. He asked if he would be Win.g to wait two weeps until the lawn <br /> policy is finalized? Aft. Regan asked for more input tonight and would be <br /> happy to cooperate. A test shows 12" of loam; they put in an additional 8-10 <br /> n there. Along the buffer zone they planted wild flowers. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked the location of the resource the Commission 'is concerned <br /> with. 11r. Sherman stated it is not shown on the plan; it is a coastal bank. <br /> Some of the lawn shown would not be able to remain. The lawn company plan <br /> is near what the Commission is looking for. <br /> Pubhe comments: none. <br /> A letter received from neighbors supporting the lawn was read into the record. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue to August 22, 1996 at 8:25. <br />
