Unanimous Vote. <br /> The Agent advised Diane Rommelmeyer is in agreement with the <br /> Commission. <br /> Mahpee Environmental Coalition: A letter to the Editor was distributed <br /> concerning the 'wastewater Treatment Plant. <br /> Mr. Green stated the Tribe supports the DC C. He asked the Commission to <br /> be the nominating force. <br /> Commonwealth Electric: They were going to hire Norman Mayes but <br /> decided against it. A letter received was distribute. The Agent stated he diad <br /> not consider their proposal adequate. He suggested a change to the bylaw; <br /> the deadline for articles is next week. They are not exempt from the bylaw. <br /> He recommended: <br /> 1. Remove their exemption; <br /> 2. tighten up language. Have therm provide written notice one <br /> month in advance, including a written description of the work. <br /> The Commission would issue in writing that it meets the per- <br /> formance standards and they can proceed. <br /> Mr. Green asked if it could be enforced? It could. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to instruct the Agent to submit the <br /> article. Unanimous Vote. <br /> Jacobson: They have an Order of Conditions a pig in August. Seawall is <br /> an accident waiting to happen. When Certificate of Comphance is requested, <br /> beach nourishment must be continued in perpetuity. <br /> VDMotion made and seconded to attach a condition to the Certificate of <br /> Compliance for Howard Jacobson that beach nourishment as set forth <br /> in the Order of Conditions be a condition of maintenance in perpet- <br /> uity. Unanimous Vote. <br /> Deans Fond Assoc. - vista pruning: Protocol to be developed. Letter to be <br /> written to the Association to see if they would be wing to take responsibility. <br /> Subcommittee: The Agent stated there is a need for an Enforcement <br /> Subcommittee; he has been making decisions on . own.
