When Certificate of Comphance is requested, beach nourishment must be continued in perpetuity. VDMotion made and seconded to attach a condition to the Certificate of Compliance for Howard Jacobson that beach nourishment as set forth in the Order of Conditions be a condition of maintenance in perpet- uity.
