22 August 1396 <br /> Page 12. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue two enforcement Orders and two <br /> 100 fines to Michael Vining and allow 14 days with respect to each <br /> of the matters, removal of the boats and recovering of the nveget- <br /> ated area. If nothing is done, he can be fined.$300 per day. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> Regulation Hearing: <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to hold a hearing with respect to a <br /> regulation on lawns on-September 5, 1996 at 6:45 p.m. <br /> Mashpee River Work:- Notice was not in the paper unto Friday. To be <br /> rescheduled. <br /> Mar oux: Arline Wilson has appealed'under the Act. <br /> Agent: Mr. Sherman asked and received permission to leave early to attend <br /> an appointment. <br /> Board of Health: The joint meeting with DEP has not been rescheduled. <br /> Mr. Green asked that a request be made for all documentation that has gone <br /> to DEP. Mr. Sherman stated the Board of Health can be asked to obtain this. <br /> VO Il ti . made and seconded to ask the Board of Health to obtain all <br /> documentation that has been provided to DEP. Unanimous Vote. <br /> santuit Pond: A citizen advised he was denied access on a piece of land <br /> which was posted by a neighbor. It is definitely town lard. The Agent will <br /> check boundaries and lot lines. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded if the sign is on town land the Agent will <br /> remove it. Unanimous vote. <br /> Enforcement: <br /> agmina : Nothing has been done. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg suggested sending a copy of the enforcement order by certified <br /> mail to the Real Estate Agent with a letter stating that this Order of <br /> Conditions is outstanding and not. complied with. Any prospective buyer <br /> should be made aware of this matter and possible penalties. <br />
