It is in the ground water now, a septic <br /> system setting in Santuit Pond. <br /> Aft. Desrosiers asked homer far from the pond and was told 77 feet. <br /> Public convents: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination. <br /> LEGATIVE DETEI MINATION. <br /> 8:45 M S PEE DEPS'`. OF PUBLIC WORKS for a Determination of <br /> Applicability on the proposed recd. ` ` Ft resurfacing and related items <br /> necessary to rehabilitate Route 151 l egimmng approximately 1000 feet east of <br /> Cold Barnstable Road..and running easterly for adistance of 3350. feet, all <br /> within the e3dsting highway layout. Greg Taylor presenting. <br /> W. Sherman wal ed the area with Mr. Taylor and his only concern is the <br /> Quashnet liver where what will he done will be an improvement. <br /> Mr. Taylor advised the road run-off currently goes into the Quashnet, when <br /> completed, it will he put into leaching pits and if it overflows, it will cross <br /> vegetation before going M"' to the Qt;ashnet. Drainage wl be on both sides of <br /> the road with 2 leaching pits on each side. Mr. Taylor is trying to get l00% <br /> -state and federal funds. Cost is estimated at $274,000. He will confer with <br /> the Agent for erosion control before work starts. <br /> Pubic comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a Negative Determination. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br />
