They are shown <br /> because the other lots are not buildable by today's standards. They are here <br /> because of tax purposes. Green stated this is just a delineation. <br /> Mr. Bath stated once the delineation of the beach is approved it becomes a <br /> beach forever and a day. Mr. Sanioli stated if the beach does not get used and <br /> the growth on either side of it f d1s in, it will not be a beach. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there is no authority in this permit for any work. <br /> Mr. Bath asked if people can rale their beaches and take stones out without <br /> coning to the Commission?
