He has spoken to 1 ft- Grotzke and the owner <br /> and the plan as currently drawn up, he would not recommend. He referred to <br /> a report from the Um*versity of Rhode Island re buffer ships. The <br /> Coin fission has never permitted below 35 feet. <br /> Asked why it had not been staked, Mr. Grotke stated it had been ri and <br /> it was staked after the rain stopped but it was after the Agent had been there. <br /> He asked to review the plan briefly. The house has been moved back and the <br /> mmuum. setback achieved. The deck will be on concrete pgs over the <br /> hY b ale line. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated cantilevering does not gain them anything. Also, here <br /> are outstanding property taxes. <br /> Mr. Grotke advised this has not been submitted to the Board of Appeals r <br /> Board of Health. a was waitingforp reli minaryk comments Brom the <br /> Commission. They will be asking for 4 foot more in variances from the Board <br /> of Appeals for setbacks. There is barely room for the septic; it is a difficult lot. <br /> The Chairman asked the regulation concerning other regulatory boards. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised the Board of Health grants to issue simultaneously. <br /> Mr. Grotke advised they review things quite quickly. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons stated there is no guarantee that something might not <br /> emerge that may change the outlook of the Commission. <br /> Mr. tarot ke stated this is the plan he will submit to the Board of Appeals. if <br /> they change it, he will have to come back for reconsideration. <br /> Mr. Green stated this lot is so tight, there's not a place to put a house. <br /> Mr. Glaser agreed, if Board of Health approval is necessary first, then they <br /> will do that. He asked if the Commission would approve this subject to other <br /> Boards' approval. Mr. Sherman asked but ghat if they change things? Mr. <br /> Glaser stated they have to have a starting liner <br />
